Day 1: Arrival Whitehorse
Explore Yukon’s capital by car. Overnight Whitehorse.
Day 2: Whitehorse - Dawson City
Travel Klondike Highway to historic Dawson. Overnight
Day 3: Dawson City
Explore the famous Klondike and try panning for gold. Overnight
Day 4: Dawson City - Beaver Creek
Drive the Top of the World highway. Great panoramic vistas, open space and sense of freedom. Short drive in Alaska before re-entering Yukon. Overnight.
Day 5 & 6: Kluane National Park
Easy access to hiking trails. Picture postcard Kathleen Lake is nearby. Fishing in local creeks. Alpine trails and river rafting trips available locally. Overnight 2 nights breakfast included.
Day 7: Kluane - Whitehorse
Return drive to Whitehorse for the final night in a downtown hotel.
Day 8: Conclusion of Yukon Wheel self drive itinerary
Drop off car at airport prior to departure.
